I want to share a dream and prophetic word I had last night for Winnipeg.

I saw a large capsule (like medicine) in the sky that was opened up. Out of
it poured clear oil, abundance and it continued to be poured out. This was
upon Winnipeg - I knew by impression and a map which showed Winnipeg as the
location (in the dream).

The city (on the map) became a huge fire - large flames and some of the
sparks from the flame (3 or 4) spread to Saskatchewan (I heard Regina and
Saskatoon, the other one was north of there and not sure about the 4th). The
embers eventually died out.

The flames in Winnipeg were so bright that they were seen from afar - and
they did not go out during the whole dream. I especially had the impression
that those to the NW - Yukon and to the west and south.

I then saw people dressed as Indian braves (the brown skin coats and 1
feather) walking from the west, from the northwest and from the southwest
towards Winnipeg. After a dhort while, out of Winnipeg came these ordinary
looking arrows - no colour detail. They were fired towards the west,
northwest and towards the southern areas (central USA was about the farthest
south). I did notice that when the arrows were being "dressed up" the fire
got less bright.

This is what I believe the Lord is saying:
He is pouring out His Spirit upon Winnipeg (many churches - not just one)
and it is an outpouring of healing, restoration and deliverance for His
First Nation's Peoples in particular. I believe the move will be great -
seen by all and will be possibly the pre-eminent move in North America at
it's time. The key thing is the restoration and training of First Nation's
peoples. Healing and forgiveness will flow as the Lord raises up and sets
the F.N.P free. I believe Winnipeg will become a centre of training and I
got the impression it is to be a team (multi-church) effort - not run by one
church but a place where unity, love and healing is to happen. The arrows
are ordinary people (F.N.P) being sent out from Winnipeg with the word, or
sent out in ministry (I never saw any arrow land).

I also sense that there may be a problem with trying to hang onto some of
the people who would come and be trained (the dressing up of the arrow and
quieting of the flames) and sensed that this must not happen. There must be
release of these that God raises up and also no hindrance of the message
from these people that comes from Winnipeg.
